Rachel Heberling Displays Her Art at Myas

Printmaker and art instructor Rachel Heberling will display her latest collection of prints at Mya's during November. Entitled “Rendered Obsolete: Remains of Industry,” the show features images based on abandoned collieries and factories in rural Pennsylvania. Almost photographic in appearance, the works are handpulled prints.

A 2006 graduate of Kutztown University, Heberling teaches as a graduate assistant at Bucknell, and also teaches at Lewisburg's Top Floor Studio.

Mya's joins a list of prestigious galleries where Heberling's work has been shown, including the Corcoran Gallery Museum in Washington, D.C., the National Academy Museum in New York City, and The Arts Club of Washington in Washington, D.C..

We are excited to be able to show her work.
